Pet Vaccinations-Easy & Simple: just bring in a copy of your pet's most recent vaccinations, you can pick these up at your vet or just have them faxed over. Required Vaccines: For Dogs- Rabies, Distemper (DHLPP) and Bordetella. For Cats- Rabies and Feline Distemper (FVRCP).
